Our homes leave nothing to the imagination. They are perfect in size ranging from 197 Sq. feet up to 5,000 + Sq. ft homes or more. They are energy efficient and beautifully comfortable. These custom engineered steel homes come to your building site nearly 100% complete and ready for utility hookup. If you are a contractor or have a contractor the home can be delivered to you directly and then be assembled. Our proprietary design system makes the construction process quick and easy.
We really like the idea of utilizing our homes as a way for businesses (winery, wedding/event venue or land owners) to create a new revenue stream through short term rentals such as Airbnb and VRBO. They are also perfect for farms to house workers or construction companies to house employees on longer projects rather than pay for a hotel.
Our homes are built to be placed on a permanent foundation, pier pad or pillars.

Our custom engineered homes are built in the US using our proprietary building system and are already wired and plumbed prior to delivery. The frame, floor joists and roof trusses are constructed using galvanized steel.
No, our custom engineered homes do not include appliances but do come with a toilet and tankless water heater. We can give you a list of recommended appliances that will fit the spaces perfectly.
