designed for life
Our Light Gauge Steel Homes use light gauge steel as the main structural component, which is a material with the characteristics of light weight and high strength. This material is used for the roof, walls and floor joists. This system makes the whole house fire resistant, earthquake proof, fast and easy to assemble on site, green, and energy saving.
Our Smart Home Automation is simply incredible. You can control and monitor your smart home technology from afar using Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Homekit or your mobile device. Whether you are looking for music, temperature and water control, or checking the gas settings on the BBQ, your home can do it all. Our homes also offer optional & professional fire and burglary monitoring 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.
All of our custom engineered homes come equipped with Ecoair toilets. These toilets provide a fresh, hygienic and more enjoyable bathroom experience by removing the intrusive odors from the traditional toilet. The 2020 COVID-19 tragedy was a wake up call for the importance of personal hygiene, cleaner air and cleaner surfaces. We have responded with a revolutionary product that will change the way we #2!
One of the more unique ways to truly take advantage of our custom engineered homes is to be able to put your new home in place as soon as the site work is done! In a traditional build, you make the improvements to the land such as ground work, utilities, footings, etc. Only once all this is completed can you actually start building. And build times can be a huge variable that can negatively impact your project completion goal. With a custom engineered home, as soon as the site improvements have been made you can set your home in place and start renting or living in it right away. Custom engineered homes are modular in design and are built remotely, transported and then put in place with a crane as soon as the site is ready! You can build it while the site improvements are being done. This can save months of time and make your project much more time efficient.
